Send the referral to the broker first through approved systems, before any binding agreement. The broker handles placement.

Close & get paid

Submit your closing docs within 10 business days after closing, or within 5 business days after you receive documents that come from others. You're paid your 85% within 3 to 5 business days after the referral fee clears and your paperwork is complete, with a W-9 on file, in Good Standing.

Referral-only means exactly that. Stay inside these lines.

You can

  • Refer friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and past clients
  • Refer people you know personally, including through social media
  • Refer your own purchase or sale, when the receiving agent agrees and it's disclosed on your closing statement
  • Earn referral income while keeping your license active

You can't

  • List homes, represent buyers or sellers, or write contracts
  • Show homes, hold open houses, or use MLS / lockbox access
  • Submit cold referrals or internet leads from people who don't know you
  • Hold your license at another brokerage at the same time

When do I get paid? Within 3 to 5 business days after the referral fee clears and your documentation is complete, with a W-9 on file, in Good Standing.

Are there transaction fees on my payout? No. There are no transaction fees on referral payouts. Your membership fee and any charges in your agreement are the only costs.

What if my referral goes to Aari Realty? You earn your 85% share only if a broker-to-broker referral fee is actually paid to Aari Referrals. You earn no portion of the transaction commission itself. Your client receives our Affiliated Business Disclosure first.

Just got licensed, can I join? Yes. Newly licensed Florida agents are welcome, as long as you meet licensing and Good Standing requirements.

Do I need MLS or Realtor membership? No. Aari Referrals does not require MLS access or REALTOR® membership. Any membership you choose to keep is at your own cost.

Can I go back to active sales later? You can apply to move to Aari Realty LLC. A new agreement and broker approval are required. There is no transfer fee. Aari Realty's standard onboarding fees apply.
