You worked hard for your license. Don't let it sit inactive. Park it with Aari Referrals, send us people you already know, and earn 80% of every referral fee. No desk fees, no floor time, no production minimums.
"Not every licensed agent wants to run deals. Some just want to refer the people they know and get paid for it, the right way. That's exactly what Aari Referrals is built for."
Simple: you place your active Florida license with a brokerage, refer the people you already know, and get paid when they close. No listings, no showings, no MLS dues. It's fully legal in Florida as long as your license stays active.
If one of these is you, referral-only is the smart move.
You're retired but want your license still earning.
You have a full-time career outside real estate.
You're relocating and don't want to lose your license.
You're newly licensed and not ready to sell full-time.
You're done paying Board + MLS dues for nothing.
You just want referral income from people you already know.
An inactive license earns nothing and still costs you every year. With Aari, that same license earns referral income for almost no work.
Example for illustration only. Commissions are negotiable and set per transaction; referral fees and your actual income will vary. Not a guarantee of earnings. Referral compensation is earned only after the fee is received and "kept" (30-day safe harbor) and you are in Good Standing. You must keep an active Florida license and complete required CE.
A licensed Florida broker personally oversees every placement. You're a name here, not a number in a thousand-agent network.
Broker-level review on every file, audit-ready. The license you spent years and money earning, protected.
Your client goes to a vetted Southwest Florida agent we actually know, never matched to a stranger across the country.
A few quick steps. Choose your plan, review it, sign, and you are in.
Review and sign your Referral Associate Agreement before payment.
You will fill in your details, read the full agreement, then initial and sign electronically. A signed copy is emailed to you right away.
