I’m a Florida-licensed real estate broker, the founder of Aari Realty and Aari Transactions, and the person who reads every contract that runs through my TC team.

Why I built Aari.

The moment I became a broker, every file my agents touched became my responsibility. If a contract had an issue, my name was on it. If a TC handed back a problem the day before closing, my license was on the line.

I wanted my agents to have the kind of TC service I’d want backing me. So I built one.

What I do

I run two businesses under the Aari brand. Aari Realty is my brokerage, where real estate agents hang their licenses and build their books. Aari Transactions is a transaction coordination service for agents across Florida, staffed by licensed real estate agents I trained personally.

The thread between the two: I don’t put my name on anything I wouldn’t personally stake my license on.

What that means for your file

My TC team are licensed real estate agents. They know FAR/BAR contracts because they live in them. Every file goes through broker-level compliance review. Mine.

The bar isn’t “did the paperwork get done?” It’s “would I stake my license on this file?” That’s the question your broker is going to ask. We answer it before the question gets asked.
