The single Aari Google review link used in every review request email. Set it once here and it fills {{google_review_link_aari}} for all TCs and the automated review sends. Leave blank to keep the manual paste-in placeholder.
Services we are accepting
Switch a service off and it disappears from the website, cannot be ordered, and stops billing. Coordinators can still create and track those files for deadlines and emails, so nothing in flight is disturbed.
Payment reminders
Automatic post-close email cadence for TC files whose fee is still pending. When ON, the assigned TC's name and email are used as the sender, and the client sees a Day 1 nudge and a Day 7 follow-up with their tagged payment link. Day 14+ is handled by the morning briefing SMS.
Offer email
The email you send to the listing agent when you submit an offer, before any file exists. Pick the agent, the property, and the documents going out, then copy and send.
